The Ibhongo Women in Engineering and Marketing team had the pleasure of attending the SAICE Women’s Day Luncheon on Friday, the 8th of August.
It was a signature gathering that celebrated the strength, resilience, and achievements of women in engineering, under this year’s theme: Unstoppable Together.
This theme captured the spirit of collective growth and interdisciplinary collaboration, shining a spotlight on the incredible journeys of women who are shaping our profession and building bridges for others to follow.

Ibhongo Consulting at the Annual IMESA Conference 2025
The Ibhongo Consulting team was proud to attend and exhibit at the Annual IMESA Engineering Conference 2025, held at the ICC East London from 29 – 31 October 2025.
This year’s theme, “Sustainable Engineering Solutions”, highlighted the importance of innovative, environmentally responsible approaches to infrastructure and municipal development — a vision that aligns closely with our own.
It was an incredible opportunity to engage with engineers, innovators, and municipal leaders committed to building a more sustainable future for South Africa.
