Keates Drift (oThulini) Library is situated in Keates Drift (oThulini) within Mzinyathi District Municipality, under Msinga Municipality was designed by Ibhongo Consulting for both civil & structural.

The scope of works for this project involves the new library which consist of main library, discussion room, kitchen, office, gaming & toilet block.
